4. Payments and Fees

All fees for our services are defined in the proposal or service agreement.

Payments are due on the agreed date.
Late payments may incur additional charges or result in a pause of service.
No refunds are issued unless explicitly stated in the agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, materials, and strategies created by us remain our property unless otherwise agreed. Upon full payment, certain rights may be transferred to the client as per the contract.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the relationship.

7. Limitation of Liability

Digital Media Sapiens is not liable for:

Any indirect or consequential loss or damage
Loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from use or inability to use our services
Actions of third-party platforms like Meta, Google, etc.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

Terms are violated
Invoices remain unpaid
Client engages in unethical, illegal, or harmful behavior

Clients may also terminate services with written notice, subject to agreed notice period and any due payments.

9. Third-Party Tools & Platforms

We may use third-party services such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, or web hosting services. We are not responsible for changes, downtime, or issues arising from these platforms.
